Personal Budgets

Supporting people with learning
disabilities to lead fulfilled lives
How to Join Our Projects

We provide services to people who are in receipt of funding, known as a Personal
Budget, this can be from the Local Authority, the NHS or you could be self-funding via another service provider.

Whichever funding stream you qualify for, you can choose to take your personal budget as a direct payment. We will supply you with an Individual Service Agreement that sets out our terms and conditions.

We will undertake an initial assessment and continue to review your progress to ensure your personal outcomes are met. Where real employment is a possibility, we will support you to secure paid work, where ever possible.

Each trainee is supported at their own pace, to be as involved as their skills and abilities allow. We offer every trainee the chance to learn workplace

rules in a nurturing environment.

We are an approved provider with Worcestershire County Council to provide day services to adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Work Placements

We work with Kidderminster College and Stourport High school to offer work placements.

We offer two types of volunteering :
-Supported Volunteers are people who require support to work along side us.
-Lead Volunteers are those who can take responsibility for specific aspects of manufacturing and production.
